1939 Ford Truck w/ MERC flathead

1939 Ford Pickup.
Running Mercury Flathead. Small Bearing 9" w/ 3.25 gear freshly rebuilt w/ new brakes
I drive it on the weekends and in the TX heat- runs good and has never over heated
Clear TX title
bodywork is fair with the exception of hood and top of cab which have bondo releasing from the metal. It gets stuck in 2nd gear sometimes so I'm sure gears are rusted but does release. This truck isn't perfect but is a running 1939 truck with a merc motor.
could be a nice Rat Rod or Hot Rod
