This is a 1953 Ford F100 that rides on a 1983 Ford F150 Big Block Chassis. The motor is a 460 with Cobra Jet Heads 11:1 compression. All this is matted to a C6 transmission with a shifter kit and a 2500 stall converter for good towing. The transfer case, as well as the front and rear differentials are left as stock. It took 3 cabs and 6 doors to make the truck. This truck has the original emergency brake. It has dual tanks with hidden openers, and the tank switch is on the driver's side floor, just like the original. A third brake light was installed above the back cab window for safety. The fenders were widened in order to fit the larger tires, but these are metal fenders, not cheap fiberglass. The bend was also made wider, and a custom tailgate was made to fit. The seats are from a 2003 Ford F150, and the moon roof is from a 1983 El Dorado. The truck is in excellent condition and runs and drives great! Everything on this truck works. You can drive it anywhere. Tons of hours and money has been put in this truck.
