1963 1964 1965 Ford F-100 No motor Transmission

I have a 1963 Ford F100 roller. Titled as a 63 with a clean Kansas title. The suspension setup on this truck would indicate it is newer then 63 so I am unsure if the title year is incorrect or the truck was installed on a later frame. A year correction can be performed on the title in PA but I am selling as-is with the 63 KA title.
No motor, trans, brakes etc.
I purchased with the intent to use my late model drive train which would take place of most needed items. Ive noticed a good deal of complete crown vic swaps as well which could be killer budget build in that case.
The hood is poorly painted green but the rest of the truck looks factory so no bondo. Front glass has a bullet hold, steering column is incomplete.
