Clean 1986 Mustang Convertible- 94k miles red with black interior/top San Diego

This is a very clean 1986 Mustang LX convertible. The car is red with black interior and black power top. The top material was recently replaced and overall the top is in great condition and works with no problems. This car is powered by the legendary 5. 0 motor that kept Mustangs going for years and years. It also has Flow Master mufflers from a 1986 Mustang GT installed. The clutch was recently replaced and the 5-speed manual transmission shifts easily through the gears. This car was a one-owner car prior to my friend recently acquiring it and has a clean title. There are very few cons about the car. but here they are: The front driver's seat has a small seam separation. shown in the pictures. but other than that. the interior is in super nice shape. The clear coat is starting to flake on the decklid (see picture). I am selling this car for a friend with limited internet access but I will try to answer any questions in a timely fashion.
