!941 Ford pickup truck - BARN FIND

This 1941 Ford truck came from my Uncles ranch in Arizona, my father brought it to Southern California years ago, and drove it until the flathead started overheating, he pulled the motor andplanned on throwing a SBC in it, but he never got around to it and it just sat. My father recently passed away and now it's time to sell, I'd love to hot rod it, but I have too many projects already, and no room to store it.
It is California registered with a non-op status, no back fees are due, pink slip in hand. It has the usual rust for a truck this age, the passenger side floorboard is rusted through, and there are a some rust areas on the bed and cab. I would probably just buy a new bed and floorboard, etc. patch panels. The tailgate is the cool Ford script style, and the truck is pretty much stock, the pictures tell the story.
If you're reading this, you probably know the '41 Ford trucks are pretty much the same as '39/'40 Ford sedans and coupes and make one of the best looking hot rod trucks.
Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup and transportation. It is sold where is/as is condition.
