Description
This is a very nice 1952 Ford F6, 2 ton truck that has been well-maintained for the last 60+ years by one owner. It is in surprisingly good shape.I bought it from a retired from farmer who had it since the '50s. He took great care of it over the years and always kept it in his barn. It spent most of its life in Climax, Ks waiting for harvest when it would haul wheat to the market. It runs very well, starts every time, and is in phenomenal shape for its age. Everything works, including the headlights, blinkers, and roof lights. The old farmer converted the electrical system to 12 volt several years ago.
I bought it to bring firewood up to my house and take the occasional load to the dump, but its just too nice for that kind of work. I am selling it to buy an old pickup that wont be bothered by the occasional bump and scratch. I drove it to the dump this morning, and it ran like a champ.
It has a straight six 300 engine, a manual transmission, and a two-speed rear end.
