Car description |
---|
1975 Ford F-350. This truck has a 390 ci v8, with a rebuilt Holley four barrel carb.
It has a dead miss in one cylinder and some significant valve noise. Burns oil.
Runs pretty decent other than that.
No body rust except around the battery tray and no structural frame rust, just some surface rust that would clean up easy.
Trans is a C6 three speed auto, shifts as it should. It has a leak in one of the trans cooler lines.
It has electrical issues, but charging and starting work fine.
New brake pads in the front, new shoes and wheel bearings in the back. Stops really well. Differential pinion seal has been changed.
Utility bed is beat up but serviceable.
Has a gas powered compressor in the bed, with a 10 horse Kholer engine. Runs well. Needs a new belt.
This truck has been used hard all it's life by a railroad company, and does need work. But it could be a good work truck for someone.
Clear title, reg renewal just came in the mail and will be paid up until March 2017.
