Thank you for viewing our listing.
We are offering for sale this 1929 Rat Rod Roadster. The truck came to us just the way it currently is, so I do not know all the details on the build. I will however do my best to describe what I can tell fromlooking at it. The truck appears to have originally been a 29 Pickup. The top of the truck and upper portion of the doors have been removed and a soft topfashioned in it's place. The vinyl is in excellent condition. The body is all metal and painted satin black. The drive train is out of a 56 Nash. The engine isa 1500cc displacement 4 cylinder, that runs quite strong. The carb will need to be adjusted/ fine tuned to optimize the engine's performance. The transmission is3 speed and operates as it should. The shifter is a bit loose and will need to be tightened. The rear end is also out of the Nash, as well as the rear wheels and brakingsystem. The front wheels are original to the era and the truck has the original straight front axle. The bed appears to be hand built, and holds the fuel cell.
