We bought the truck for but those plans just didn't work out so well.
- The truck body is really straight.- As you can see from the interior of the cab it is in excellent shape. - The picture of the headlight is the only chrome damage, we think the little dent in the fender and that are due to a related incident.- There is some surface rust that can easily be fixed.- There were some boxes that had been bolted into the bed back by the tailgate that caused some rust damage.- We have had the seat reupholstered, the seat was pretty rough.- We have rebuilt the carburetor, and the replaced the fuel pump too.- There are dual gas tanks.- The truck is 2 wheel drive, with a 4 speed standard (manual) transmission.- Being the camper special it is set up with the plug by the drivers side to hook up a camper, that would have that wiring. (There was a 1969 Alaskan Camper on it previously.)-What I put in for mileage is just what shows on the odometer - plus100k as far as we know.
With a little bit of work this truck would be worth some money, we just don't have the time. Sold as-is.
