Car description |

1932 Ford 2 Door Sedan. This is the real deal of a Henry Ford 2 Door Sedan.
This car does not drive, nor does it run.
I do have a California clear title (pink slip) to the vehicle.
This is a very rare opportunity to purchase this car which most would refer to as a "barn find." Although in reality, it was a shop find.
Some years ago, this car was hot rodded with a SBC and an automatic transmission. Additionally, the rear has been replaced with an old Jaguar rear end. The front utilizesdisk brakes as well as koni shocks. Fiberglass fenders were installed somewhere along the line. But this is obviously not where the interest is.
The interest is for the opportunity to purchase this very rare 2 door sedan which has been sitting for at least the lasttwo decades.
The pictures truly do tell the story of the car.
Also, you can see all the metal fenders, running boards, hood, floor and whatever other sheet metal is in the photos. These items do come with the car and goes to the winning bidder.
Most all the metal on the body is good, but there are a few locations that will need some work. The most obvious place is the lower cowl on each side where somebody attempted to place a patch panel on.
The top has not been filled and still retains it's original chicken wire and material used in those days. If you look closely, you can see where somebody added an old sunroof. Kind of crazy, but I'll bet that mod was done in the late '60's, or early '70's. LOL!
The top has been chopped. Unknown as to an exact amount of inches. Thedrip rail is complete, still on the roof, and appears to be in excellent condition.
All the windows are there, and the mechanical equipment to roll the front windows up and down.
The original rear seat goes with the car, as well as all items pictured directly around the car.
This will make somebody a very nice start for their own build, and have afinished carwith a real steel, rather than a fiberglass re-production.
Now for the fun part: The car will have a reasonable reserve on the car of which I will not reveal. Please do not bid on the car if you do not have the funds to complete the purchase. If you have a history of less than 10 ebay transactions, please contact me prior to bidding. The winning bidder will place $500.00 deposit into my Paypal account within 24 hours of the close of auction. No exceptions! Failure to follow through with this simple deposit will make your bid null and void, and I will contact the next up bidder. Unfortunately, I have had some real winners out there who have tried to scam me before. I just don't need the nonsense. The balance of the winning bid will be paid in full within 7 days at the close of auction. The balance will be paid by wire transfer from bank to bank, or with cash money when picking up the vehicle. Prefer cash! No Cashier's checks, no Personal checks, No Travelers checks etc....No exceptions! Again, criminals out there attempting to scam. The winning bidder will be responsible for all transport costs. I will assist with loading all of the items, but will not deliver anywhere. I reserve the right to end the auction due to the fact that the vehicle hasa few interested buyers locally.
