It has been professionally restored by a Mustang/ Shelby enthusiast and former SVRA/ HSR Vintage Race crew chief. This 4 yearrestoration started with a solid 67 San Jose built Fastback.
Every detail, body panel, mechanical aspect of a 67 Shelby has beenincorporated. This car has many original Shelby parts that adds to the uniqueness of this build as well. This car has been built next to an original Shelby, so even the most minuet original details were included. During the build, many upgrades were made to help improve some of the original cars downfalls but not to deter away from originality. The use of sound dampening, modern bushings, grade 8 bolts, and aluminum calipers helped modernize it in a few areas. The paint and body work was perfected by world class Hot Rod shop Thunder Valley Customs in White Georgia. They are a consistent Riddler and Goodguys contestant and winners.
The engine work was performed by renownedFord Racing expert Al Moody Racing in Mableton Georgia. He is the engine builder of choice for a local GT40 expert restorer.
