Hello, Here is a 1963 Ford F 100, Factory 4 wheel drive, 292 V8, Four speed transmission with "Granny" first gear. Factory 4x4's were purpose built in 1963, and mostly used for Farming, Ranching and Logging applications. With only 2809 of these trucks built,It is rare to find one at all, let alone onethat is notall used up. The Truck is from the California High Desert and was built in San Jose, California. This Truck runs very strong, the 292 V8 has been rebuilt and does not smoke, leak, or clatter. Transaxle, Transfer Case, Transmission and Clutch all work smoothly. Hubs lock and un lock freely by hand. Lights, Gauges, Heater, Defroster, Wipers, All work. Steering good, tires good, power brakes softbefore start up. Clean Frame. Needs Hood emblems, header gaskets,( minor exhaust leaks )new leaf spring shackle bolts, and a Radio would be nice. Body is Remarkably good. Hiding under a backyard paint job it is very near to rust and damage free. All the places these trucks are normally rotten, this one is not.Floors Solid. Bed Solid. Inner fenders solid. Doors solid. The only place I can find any rust is on the bottom of the cab on the Driver's side, shown in photos. One small patch of putty, the size of a playing card, right rear of bed. Lots of scratches and a few dings, but no big dents ever.Truck is no stranger to Hunting, Prowling around, and hauling wood. Bottom of bed is wavy, but no rust through. Tailgate is a bit bashed, still functional. Overall, the metal on this truck is as good as any original from the era you will likely see. Take a gander at the photos. The foundation here is strong. This tough truck is a brute andis ready to use, or you can doll up the interior and paint and have a real showstopper.Questions? 208-598-5773
