1985 Ford Mustang LX Hatchback 2-Door 2.3L Project or parts

I have an 85 Mustang LX 4 cylinder Hatchback Coupe floor automatic. It's black (original color?), blue interior, NO engine, NO transmission. Body is in fairly good condition (I can only think of one dent above the driver's door on the roof). It hasn't been driven in 20 years. I was going to get it going again, but I found that the price tag was too much for me after they ripped the engine & transmission apart. At that time, I was told it was worth $1500 as it sits, so that is what I'm asking for. Dashboard is broken (prior to my buying it, the radio was stolen by amateurs, and they smashed the dash to get it out). I can only think of some surface rust on the louvers. Headliner may not match, but the rest of the interior is in pretty good shape, a cigarette burn or two, but that's it. The gas tank is falling off. Bungee cords are holding it up. Power locks, manual windows. It has been garage stored since 1999. Passenger door handle needs work. Most plastic body moldings included.
