Here is a 1965 Ford Econoline window van. Picked up this van a while back however some circumstances have changed and its a project I will not be able to complete. Sold new out of the New York sales district this van was originally Ford factory "Marlin Blue", however at some point was paint yellow for use as a school bus. The van is 50+ years old and has rust, rot, dents and dings. Van is also missing two side windows. The previous owner pulled the original 170ci engine however never complete the rebuild. It is in pieces in the back of the van. It appears to be all there but I am not a professional mechanic and cannot be sure. The van was last running, driving and NY state inspected in 2007 before the engine was pulled. The C4 automatic transmission is still mount under the van. The odometer reads 66,329 however its unknown if it has rolled or not. There is a pull out step pictured however it was removed and not included in the sale.
The van is located in Emmaus, PA 18049. Emmaus is about an hour north of Philadelphia and an hour south of New York City. It is minutes from the New Jersey state line as well as I-78, Route 22 & 309. If shipping the van, pickup would be convenient for the carrier. We have a very reliable and reasonably priced carrier who hauls for us regularly. If you need assistance making arrangements let us know and we will assist in any way possible. I purchased the van from a shop in New York who took the van as collateral for non-payment of services. Included in the sale will be all paperwork I received including New York Department of Motor Vehicles "garageman's affirmation and bill of sale", as well of bill of sale from me if one is required. Actual title was never applied for here in Pennsylvania as I have had no reason to register the van.Check with your state on title and registration requirements.
The van is being sold as-is with no warranty or guarantees. Buyer must pay by cash or certified funds in full within 7 days of auction end. NO PayPal, personal checks etc!
