1967 Ford Mustang Fastback

The following information is based on what we understand to be the facts on the history of this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. However, the following information may not reflect the exact or comprehensive history.
We believe we are the second titled owners of this Mustang. The first titled owner was in Okeechobee, Florida.
This car has entered 3 car shows and won 3 trophies since we have restored it. It is beautiful and near flawless with a few minor exceptions. The driver seat upholstery was placed over the original cushion, which was not in perfect condition. The original or a new emergency brake was not reinstalled. The car has never been driven in the rain since its frame off restoration and the window washer system was not reinstalled.
Most, but certainly not all, of the investments in the vehicle are documented. Some of the original owner's receipts, including state registration, tire(s) and transmission are available.
The frame off restoration began prior to purchase. When we purchased the car in July 2007 we began good documentation. The car had just over 52,000 miles on the odometer. We purchased wheels from Vintage in California and tires from Tire Rack. We also had the original block baked and started from scratch at that point with the engine. The cylinder(s) were bored. The original heads were surfaced 0.010 with valve work. Mark's Automotive of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee has done 100% of the work on this engine. Mark's Automotive is now located on Central Pike in the Hermitage, Tennessee. After the engine was rebuilt, we took the car to Vogely Todd of Nashville for the body work and paint. Every body part was removed, sanded, body worked when needed, primed, painted and reassembled. There are over 618 man hours of labor in the body work. The estimated cost of this job was based on an estimated $32/hour.
