1971 Ford F250 Sport Custom

This truck was purchased from a friend of the original owner who had it less than six months. He went through enough of the truck to make it a runner again and decided it was just in the way so he sold it to me. It came with a canopy that had been on it since new. The last 2 pictures show how it looked when I pulled it into the shop with its bias tires and canopy. If you have been looking for a nice older Ford truck, his is the one you have been waiting for. This is an original, nrestored, arage kept truck. It has about 94,000 miles on it.Ihave been gone through every system and repaired as needed to make it into the daily driver that it is. I drive this truck every day that does not rain, o it is now in storage for the winter. Just prior to going into storage it received new carpet and floor mats to replace the perfect rubber factory mat which I have. It also got a fan shroud to ensure cool running in rush hour traffic next spring. Just a few of the things done due to the prolonged storage (probably over 30 years) are new tires, I took off some very hard bias tires from the 80's) brakes, ater pump, adiator rebuild, xhaust, arb rebuild, tc. Currently has front drum brakes but I have all the parts (new) for the conversion. (rotors, alipers, earings, ads, aster cylinder, tc.) I also have a complete front suspension from a 74 F250 in case something is missing that might be needed. I was hoping to get to the brake conversionthis winter. It has a 360 engine with P/B, /S and a C6 automatic trans. Note the side tool box in perfect condition with both keys and dual fuel tanks that work as new. I also have the near perfect original door panels to replace the crappy after market ones I purchased just for use with theperiod correct RCA8 track and Craig speakers. I have the original working AM radio and speaker. I have also added a roll up bed cover. May trade for the right pre 1967 car. The only flaw is a front seal leak on the trans which I will get fixed prior to sale. Low ball offers will be ignored so please feel free to make all you want.
