1970 Ford Maverick. I purchased this car from the estate of an elderly man that was a car collector. This was one of thirty cars he owned. He purchased it from the original owner in 1973 and drove it until 1990 when it was parked. I still have the clear title in his name from 1973 when he purchased it, s well as his original 1973 Arizona License plates. This is a very solid builder arizona desert complete car. This car has a 170 cu. in engine that is missing the carb and air cleaner. The engine is not locked up and will turn over by hand. The transmission is a manual 3 speed that was converted from a three on the tree to a floor hurst shifter. The rear end looks to be a ford 8" differential but I am unsure of the gear ratio. This car is very complete and original. the only items i have noticed missing are the carburetor, ir cleaner, nd one of the original steel wheels. I do however have the hubcap and beauty ring for the missing wheel. This car has very solid floors with the original tar mats except for the passenger rear floor board has two small areas that have rusted through. This rust was caused by dried out weatherstripping on the doors. The trunk is very clean and solid as well as the gas tank. The tires will hold air long enough to be loaded on trailer. I have not put a battery in this very so I can not tell you the condition of any electronic devices such as lights, witches, otors, tc. I am including a bunch of photos so you can see every angle of this vehicle. I would love to keep it but can't. *******IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN THIS CAR SEND ME A MESSAGE WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I WILL TEXT YOU ABOUT 20 MORE PICTURES OF THE UNDERSIDE, NNER FENDER WELLS, OTTOM OF DOORS ETC. THIS WAY YOU CAN BE CERTAIN OF HOW SOLID THIS CAR ACTUALLY IS!!!!
