1956 Ford Thunderbird Frame off restoration WOW 312 3 speed with overdrive black

You are bidding on a 1956 ford thunderbird hardtop convertible. It is a non porthole hard top. I am selling this car for my aunt due to the recent death of my uncle. The car went through a frame off restoration. The frame was blasted and painted, ew gas lines and bolts were added, ll new brakes were put of car. Engine was removed and tore down and rebuilt along with the transmission. The transmission is a 3 speed manual with overdrive. This is the original engine and transmission for the car. The car body was blasted and painted. It had three coats of Raven black and three coats of clear. During the buffing stage there was a couple of spots noticed that need to be touched up due to small spots in the clear coat. I am providing a pint of raven black paint along with a container of clear to the new buyer to make sure it matches.This car has new carpet, rakes, as lines, actory match hoses for the engine, ompletely rebuilt 312 engine.The seat was recovered in the black and white theme, ew door panels were purchased and have not been installed yet. There is a new exhaust also. Almost everything on this car has been replaced. I have new bolts for the bumpers and many of the chrome pieces that need to be put back on.car is sold as is. The chrome. In short, he chrome bumpers and trim in my opinion need to be rechromed prior to putting them onto the car. It would be a shame to put the driver quality bumpers and trim on this car. This car has not been driven and is mint underneath.

The drivers side window is cracked and needs to be replaced

The continental kit needs to be installed along with the tire ring and cover that goes with the continental kit. The tire ring and tire cover for the continental kit were not painted and need to be. You will have plenty of paint to paint those small pieces.

The main windshield is cracked and needs to be replaced. You can buy an original one on eBay for 300.00

The door panels need to be installed. I have everything needed to install the door panels, ncluding bolts, crews and the panels themselves.

The front grill needs to be installed, hich i have along with new bolts for the installation.

I have new badges for the side, nd the front of the car

Long story short this car is a steal for what we are asking. With very minor work, ending the bumpers out, nstalling the door panels, nd getting the crack window and windshield replaced along with fixing minor blemishes in the paint you will have a car that is worth upwards for 60-70k. The only reason we are selling is my aunt was left without life insurance and needs to pay her bills. We are open to offers and ending the item early for the right price.
