Hello,My name is Erik and I am selling my 1993 Ford Ranger XLT Long Bed. My wife and I bought it almost 2 years ago (from PA, ence the 2014 inspection stickers) to use as our Home Depot/ Lowes and dump truck and it did it's job so well it ended up being my daily driver when my other car at the time died. I called her the little engine that could/should because she started up every morning and I would take our daughter to school and myself to work every day with it. Our home project is up and the time for me to re-register the car and pay Maryland my fees- also, ince I bought this truck on eBay 2 years ago, think I will be able to get close to what I paid for it, o why not just sell it since I bought a new car ?(blue honda civic you can see in the background in pics). This truck refuses to die and I bet if you keep it nice you will be able to sell it for as much as you buy it for as well- assuming you don't keep it for another 15 years until it breaks. These things go for anywhere between 750-3500 on craigslist/ ebay, o i'm betting you'll get a steal on this because I am selling it with no reserve!A little about the truck: this served as my home remodel truck until it became my daily driver. I've since put on almost 20k trouble free miles, rom the depths of these past two winters (saw negative temps) to the heat of the summer. The check engine light comes on sometimes but goes away after 5 minutes of driving (see final picture for proof- in the video you can see it illuminated). It's been like that since the day I bought it, o it is probably a faulty emissions sensor. The AC and heat both work amazing and with such a small cabin will either freeze/ melt you out quickly if you leave it cranking. I've put on all new matching wheels (August 2015) because I ran the old ones to nubs and they had been patched from going to the dump. I have new cabin and engine filters (made a huge difference!) since June 2015. I changed the oil with only Mobil 1 Full Synthetic since I bought it. There are absolutely NO leaks anywhere. I park in the same place every day and there are no drip marks anywhere, nd the oil level never drops. This truck will take whatever you throw at it and since most things are manual operation, t refuses to break. It is the 2.3L 4 cylinder, nd it gets in the low to mid 20's for MPG which is pretty great for an old truck. It is also the long bed- so it holds more cargo, hich is great. I've used it to pick up a motorcycle from 300 miles away and it fit in the bed no problem.Besides the pictures I have also made a Youtube video of how the car starts up and drives. Some of you may find that helpful:https://youtu.be/UXupfvzI3MwDid I mention NO RESERVE?! I'm really putting my faith in the market here haha- but I bet we'll both come out ok (I bought this truck at a no reserve eBay auction, hile I think I got a good deal, n the end I bought it pretty much what other auctions were going for). I'll sell it for a couple of bucks if you should be so lucky. If you have a rating of less than 5 please, lease contact me directly before you bid or else I will delete your bid. Also please no fake bidders- I will hold you liable for any fees I incur. Finally, lease send me $500 deposit through paypal within 48 hours.I'll answer any questions you have quickly. I am also willing to pick you up from the airport (BWI), mtrak (Baltimore Penn Station), r MARC train station (Martin State Airport). Bus Route 55 runs near my house (Kenwood Ave, osedale, D).Thanks, nd happy bidding!
