1951 FORD CUSTOM 2 DOOR SEDAN / COUPE BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED

This is a beautifully restored,excellent running 1951 Ford Custom 2 door Sedan/Coupe.This car is mostly original,primary exceptions being paint (original Sea Green) and interior seats and headliner. Mileage is under 27k and is believed to be original but I can't document. Major over haul was done in 2010 with less than 250 miles since rebuild.The following work was professionally done (receipts available) by an expert restorer: complete rebuild of original V8 Flathead engine with new pistons,rings,camshaft, ifters,oil pump,water pumps,rod,main,cam bearings,timing gears,gaskets; carburetor rebuild,fuel pump rebuild, istributor,complete tune up,wire, plugs,filter.; complete brake job all four corners wheel bearings,spindles,seals,rebuild master,all new wheel cylinders,all new lines,shoes,pads.machine hubs and drums; new gas tank and lines;new battery,cables,solenoid,ignition switch and voltage regulator; new front and rear seat covers with new seat foams and headliner.Over $10,000 invested in this restoration with documentation.All mechanics work including lights,gauges and wipers(not radio). Paint is very nice and front and rear bumper and grill chrome is stunning.Minor flaws as follows: interior door panel fabric is original and is showing age but no tears,chrome trim around tail lights is pitted(see photos),one small bubble on paint (see photo).Car comes with spotless metal rear wheel skirts(originals?) and an original shop manual.This is my neighbors car however I am a car collector and I have observed this car for the past 20 yrs and it has been babied and kept in a clean moisture free garage.Car is located in Sullivan County, new York and is available for inspection.I can answer questions however I have detailed about all I can about the car based on my talks with the owner,rebuild receipts and personal inspection. That said there are no warranties express or implied.
