Up for sale we have a 1970 Ford Bronco. The first Broncos were built to compete with the Jeeps Cjs and the Scouts. The one we have for you is the halfcab. It was changed form a Four Wheel Drive to the a 2 Wheel Drive and lowered. You can tell by the pics it makes a cool street rod. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, nterior, nd driveline of the Ford, ut first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, perated, nd own our entire inventory, o consignments, nd only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, hat’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, ictures, r any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the Bronco. When you look down the sides its laser straight with good gaps and fit. At the time of the resto they installed new bumpers as well as other chrome. It has new weather stripping and new window seals. All the glass looks like new. With this being a half cab it’s like a mini pick up. The top is painted white and accents the Diamond Blue Paint perfectly. The paint has a slick finish with the jams and under the hood being done well. When you walk around the body on this Bronco it’s easy to see the hours put in the resto of this ride. The final exterior touch is the set of 18” Coys that are chrome with new tires.
Next, e will take a look at the interior of the ’70. When you look at the interior of this Bronco it’s nice without being overdone. It has bucket seats that are covered in the Black Vinyl with new Black Carpet. The inside of the doors and metal parts of the dash are painted to match the exterior. It has a new black dash pad and an aftermarket steering wheel. Also the radio and stereo system has been upgraded.
Finally, e will take a look at the driveline of the Ford. Under the hood it’s powered by a 302 V8 that is mated to a 4 Speed Trans and a 9” rear. The engine is dressed with chrome valve covers and a chrome breather. To keep it cool it has an aluminum radiator. The exhaust runs through a set of Stock Manifolds and dual exhaust. Under the front end they installed a Mustang II Front end with Disc Brakes. The bottom of this Bronco looks very good with good floor pans and frame rails.
It’s easy to see the time and money put into the restoration of this Bronco. This is a chance to own something that you just don’t get many chances to see.
