Very Nice 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe 289 Hi Po V8 Runs Great Older Restoration

This car is a beautiful head turner. That said it does have some cosmetic issues. Small scratch on front passenger panel near wheel. Not seen unless you look for it. Minor rock ding on top. Very light surface rust spots on mag wheels. This is a driven car although it hasn't been out much in the last few years. It has been garage kept since it's restoration approximately 22 years ago. I have owned the car for 19 years. It runs great but like all older cars it takes care. It has a small leak in transmission fluid so I fill it up every 200-300 miles. It's a car that can turn heads and give you great enjoyment right now or it can be a simple project for someone wanting to make a show car. I believe the restoration was done very well but was not done to show standards as far as matching numbers etc. The car starts right up and gets on down the road. Brakes work well and it does have power steering. It also has multiple coats of paint to help prevent scratches etc. Odometer is not accurate.Please understand I am selling the car as is with to guarantee as with any old car it could be amazing one day and finicky the next. However this car has never given me serious problems. If the car sets too long and you hit the accelerator to start the car then the choke may stick causing a gas leak. I turn the car off and then back on again if this happens but it could be easily fixed if you want or as I have driven and started it enough to not have to worry about it. This is the only mechanical issue I am aware of. I would not be afraid to drive this car pretty much anywhere.Which leads to shipping or pick up. The car is in Greenfield, ndiana. It is about 30 minutes east of indianapolis. I would be happy to work with a shipper to arrange delivery to you upon full payment and at your expense. I would prefer the car be picked up. I would expect the listing fee and 10% of the purchase price to be paid at auction end and the remainder at pick up in cash or cashier check. If for some reason you are unhappy with the purchase I will refund everything except the listing fee. In the event you are located in the surrounding areas of indianapolis and maybe as far as bordering states I may be able to deliver the car as well for an agreed upon fee.Please feel free to email any questions.
