1990 Ford Mustang LX 363 Vortech T-Series. This car has a LOT of modifications including: Engine: Motorsport block bored and stroked to 363 cubes - rebuilt fall 2014 has about 500 miles since then. Made 571 HP to the wheels at 14 psi last month. Rebuilt and tuned by Swanson Performance in Torrance CA. Vortech V1 T-series blower - cog drive - brand new fall 2014 - I specified louder gears. Edelbrock aluminum heads and polished intake. New Forged crank/motor mounts, iming chain. Rebuild and tuning cost 10K. Transmission - Tremec T-5. Clutch: McLeod twin disk clutch - 1K. aluminum driveshaft. Front suspension - aftermarket K member Rear suspension - Maximum motorsports 5 lug conversion with Baer four wheel disk brakes. 3:55 rear. 92 high torque starter upgrade. Flowmaster exhaust - cat's still need to be reinstalled post tune for California buyers. Please note buyer will have to smog it if needed. The supercharger and intake are CARB legal. Wheels - rare AZEV aluminum wheels with 275/55-17 new Toyo R888's in the rear, 55/40-17 Michelin pilots in the front. Roll cage. Saleen gauges and pedals. Saleen wing and side mouldings. Cervini stalker bumper ( does have crack/piece missing in front, lease see pictures. ). Exhaust header temp sensors and gauges. Racing seats and belts. Interior and engine fire systems ( haven't tested these. ). High performance fuel system. This Fox body is beautiful and has almost every aftermarket modification you can do to one of these cars. It's extremely fast and corners very well. A stock 13/14 GT500 has the same 571 to the wheels but this car is about 1000 pounds lighter so you can estimate how fast it is! The sound is unreal also. I haven't got around to fixing the front bumper which is missing a piece and cracked. I thought the new owner could fix or replace it with a Saleen or Cobra piece if preferred. I've had the car for 3 years and spent over 15K on the engine/blower and tuning. Please note I estimated the mileage at 100K due to the gauges being changed to the Saleen ones sometime in the past. The odometer reads 85K. Always a California or Arizona car to my knowledge. Here is a video of it on the Dyno last month where it made the 571 at the wheels:
