3. Bidders are responsible for performing due diligence to personally inspect the vehicle prior to bidding, ot after. Please make a prior appointment. All inspections will be onsite only. The car will be made available and will be location provided following appointment.

4. A Reserve Price has been set and will not be disclosed. Don't ask. All bidders are being given an equal playing field.

5. A non-refundable deposit shall be made thru PayPal only. Final payment shall be cash or electronic transfer. Payment by cashier checks acceptable but must be cleared (prior to Title transfer) and may take up to 8 days or longer.

6. Winning bidder shall be responsible for shipping. Vehicle shall ship within 7 calendar days.

7. Winning bidder shall be responsible for vehicle's insurance from date of funding acceptance.
