Selling 1979 F-150 Short Bed 4x4 Truck, 3,000.00 Rebuilt 460 engine, ith $1,216.47 L and L Conversion Kit, rom 351M/400 engine to 429/460 engines. $600.00 L and L Ultra Flow Headers, nd new exhaust. Nice running engine, nd Auto Trans, ood Brakes, nd wiring. This was a nice original truck when I bought it, hen a folk lift rolled into the front, nd a flat tire took out the side of the bed. I wanted factory dual gas tanks, o I sold the damaged original bed for $500.00, nd bought the Tan bed. Then took it to be painted. Three months later they had not painted the truck. I needed it to tow a 26 foot Pace enclosed car trailer from Los Angeles, A. to Coos Bay, R. The truck ran and drove great. It has been sitting for a few years and is going down hill. It ran and drove well two years ago, ut the power steering was makingnoise. This summer the engine ran well, ut would not pull gas up from the carb.
