History

In 2007, bought this car as a roller and all its original parts from Mark Dolin in Yuba City, A. His Dad had bought it in the 1970's, nd did a few partial restorations. It was the love of the family. There are even videos of Mark's Dad showing the fenders off, ow great they are and explaining the 1934 Ford Three Window Coupe.

I began a highly detailed, ut and bolt, ull stock restoration on the coupe. In 2009, collector friend of mine, erb Wetanson of New York, eard of the car, nd just had to have it in his extensive collection. He bought the car from me, nd then changed the direction of the build. He wanted more of a hot rod style, ather than the all stock look. I completed it in March, 010 and it came out fantastic. It has been in Herb's collection in South Hampton, Y ever since, ever been for public sale until now. He says he doubts the odometer shows 50 miles. I have hundreds of photos to share with bidder/buyer who is approaching the reserve.

Exterior

The sheet metal on this Three Window is the best I have ever seen. I hired Jesse Cruz, who worked for Don Orosco) to paint it a deep mirror black, nd if you know Jesse's work you know it is of the highest quality. Proper pin striping by Frank Signs, and City, A, dded brand new bigs and littles, nd the full set of 17" Kelsey Hayes red rims with brand new Firestone Deluxe Champion tires are included with the car. The original grille and bumpers are rechromed, as rumble seat by LeBaron Bonney. Has a real Franklin greyhound radiator cap.

Mechanics

The stock '34 motor was rebuilt by Stan Vermiel, ebuilt '34 transmission, nd a fully working Columbia two speed rear end. We added dual exhaust with cherry bombs, ull juice brake set up from Early V8 Garage in Covina, A. Dropped the axle by Tim Cunha.

Interior

Full LeBaron Bonney Bedford Cord interior kit was installed, did the Woodgraining, eroed the speedo, ll gauges work, uper clean and comfortable. Has Ford script mirror clock, nd glove box radio, orld's Fair gear shift knob.
