Recent cosmetic restoration, low mileage, mechanically sound, pretty and fun

I have spent the last year doing a cosmetic restoration of this beautiful. low mileage 1980 Spyder. It was very mechanically sound when I bought it. but was in need of a face lift. the engine hums beautifully. the 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly brakes are solid. and the exhaust tone turns heads. The pictures show a vehicle with the following: NEW windshield. sun visors. cabin top chrome trim and rubber. dashboard fascia. chrome instrument bezels. steering wheel. carpet. radio and speakers. interior door handle chrome strips. vent plates. seat belt straps. and boot cover. It has a new. totally rust free paint job. with new trunk and hood badges. The tires are new. The canvas top and exhaust system (sweet sound) are only 2-3 years old. Negatives are some chrome pitting on exterior parts. and some minor things including a broken glove box latch. missing clock stem. and a left rear bumper cap out of line an inch or two. Interior fabric is an older restoration and will need updating in the next 4-5 years. Wheels are original "Iron Cross" model. The provenance or history of the vehicle is unknown beyond the immediate previous owner who is a friend. I keep it garaged.
