Car description |
---|
Super special Lombardi.
If your checking out this listing, you most likely have heard of these cars.
I dont think there are many ever made in Black.
Footnotes:
The Carrozzeria Francis Lombardi company in Italy produced a small, rear-engined sports car on a Fiat 850 base from 1968 until 1972.
Its rather attractive, streamlined coachwork was styled in-house by Giuseppe Rinaldi and during its production life the model was also marketed as the OTAS 820,
as a Giannini, and as Abarth Grand Prix and Scorpione.
Less then 250 ever made, and they say about 70 were imported into the USA.
SPECIFICATIONS
Engine -- 817cc (63.9 x 63.5mm bore and stroke), 10.1:1 compression ratio, Weber 30DIC1 twin downdraft carburetor, 52hp at 6,200 RPM, 45.6-lbs.ft. of torque at 4,000 RPM
Gearbox -- Four-speed manual
Suspension
Front -- Upper A-arms, lower transverse leaf spring and anti-roll bar
Rear -- Semi-trailing arms, coil springs and anti-roll bar
Brakes -- Front disc/rear drum
Dimensions
Length -- 142 inches
Wheelbase -- 81 inches
Weight -- 1,600 pounds
This car obviously needs a full reforestation!
They say it was parked indoors for many years (Which is hard to believe)
Vin # 1526503There is rust as you can see.The Engine is stuck.Comes with Clear Title.
