Here is our pride and joy for sale, Abarth 1000 TC replica based on Zastava 750 from 1976 year.
Complete car is build from beginning, every part is restored or replaced with new, whole restoration was made before 2 years and since then car is in garage and was driven on few classic meetings and localy on sunny days !!!
Here are some detailed descriptions of each segment of car:
CHASSIS:
Complete car was striped on parts, chassis was cleaned with blasting and all rust sections was replaced with new, anyway chassis was very solid at beginning. Then car is painted in this nice Abarth blue/white paint combination with added decals at end. Equiped also with Abarth front spoiler, wide front and rear fender flares and all other Abarth fiberglass parts as original. In front spoiler is mounted second water radiator connected to original radiator in engine copartement.All chrome parts are new, all aluminum parts on outside are polished like indicator and tailights housings.
WHEELS:
Car is equiped with nice fully refurbished 7 & 8 wide wheels, 13 inch size with new tyres.

ENGINE:
Fully reconditioned Autobianchi 70 hp engine, crankshaft and pistons are in standard size what is very rare for this type of engines. On engine is mounted single Weber 40 DCOE carburettor and nice sport exahust manifold. Engine have original type water pump ( not Fiat 600 ) and modification on electric cooling fan what is ideal for modern traffic. New oil cooler is instaled on engine.
GEARBOX:
Fully reconditioned original 4 speed gearbox, with adapated heavy duty bigger differential. Gearbox is equiped with modified half-shafts on cv joints ( removed rubber couplings ).
BRAKES:
Complete brake system is new, including all brake pipes. On front end are mounted disc brakes and on rear end are original drums, car brakes excellent.

SUSPENSION:
On front is mounted Abarth style independent suspension bridge with coilovers, on rear are mounted lowered springs, car is equiped with street shock absorbers, for normal driving thru traffic.


INTERIOR:
There are two bucket seats with H type seat belts, rear seat is removed but can be included with car on request. Door card are brand new like all other parts, mounted is nice old Momo steering wheel, instrument cluster is custom build with two nice old Veglia Borletti gauges. Seaparte is mounted also Veglia gauge for oil pressure.
