As an owner of three of these unique little Bertone bodied Targas in the past, I am sadden that I can no longer fit properly and comfortably in my recent classic. I bought this example recently from a colleaguewho had it in storage since 2003 and has only drove it approximately 2000 miles since he purchased it in 1989! I had plan on enjoying this summer here in Pittsburgh, PA, but after numerous attempts to fit, I have come to the realization that some sports cars are not intended for those of us over 6 foot tall and over 200 lbs. Head room is not the issue on a targa, it's legroom and size 14 shoes overlapping the three petals...
I am offering up her to the next caretaker to enjoy. It is original medium blue paint with a pinstripe accent and beige and brown interior. Paint is free of fading and would be close to perfect with a good detailing. As is the interior vinyl and cloth seats, carpets and crack free dash and console. Exterior body and undercoated undercarriage has never been wrecked and there is absolutely NO RUST. I added an a missing digital clock/counter and the dealer installed period era stereo works perfectly. Since it was stored for so long and driven so seldom, I had it serviced by my local Fiat mechanic...believe or not, named Tony! Fuel pump and fuel filter were replaced and all electrical contact points were inspected and cleaned. One brake caliper was frozen so, I had him replace all four. It is presently still at Tony's shop, so I can not take updated pictures of specific areas yet.

With only 33K miles on the clock it still handles as it did when it was new. I am taking reasonable offers on it with cash and carry (or drive!) preferred.
