.
This little Topolino I had very good intentions of doing something with. However my building full of projects is larger then I have time for. I would love to keep them all but I have to be realistic with my lack of time. There is a clean and clear Washington title under my name for it. This was manufactered as a Simca 5. If you know about the history of these you already know it was mere badging being the only difference between Fiat and Simca. Same factory, same parts, etc. The title is listed as a "Simca Topolino" due to washington state not allowing the model to simply be a "5" It is the most complete, rust free Topolino that has come up for sale in a very long time. The next owner could do a full restoration with easy to obtain parts from Mr. Fiat dotcom. Or if your a classic hot rodder this could be the next fuel altered, gasser, etc. I always wanted to build an autocross car with it....something nobody had ever seen before. The engine, transmission, driveshaft, rearend, steering, glass, glass frames, top bows, original seat frames, spare wheel/tire, and all 4 hub caps are all there. For restoration purposes the parts it needs would be bumpers, tailights, and semaphore's (side signal lighting) All of which can be found at the previously mentioned website. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the auction ending. I can provide limited help assisting with shipping. I encourage you to ask questions however I still work and have limited access/time to respond. Feel free to contact me if more detailed pictures are needed.
