1964 Fiat 1500 California car

I am helping an estate clear the property this car has been sitting for a very long time. It has susstantial floor rust and will need a complete floor. The engine will need a rebuild. This car might be a batter parts car than a rebuilder. I have parts engine and trans that I will sell on ebay in the next few days. A title can be issued in your name in roughly 60 days or less.
Sold on a bill of sale I do not have the title.
