This car is NOT running right now! I took the fuel tank out last year for a problem with fuel gauge, after that fuel gauge worked fine but not getting power to fuel pump inside tank now. I am not great at electrical problems, thought maybe has a "kill switch" but can't find one, checked all breakers and fuses. I have not messed with car since last spring, too old and tired. I have had car for 10 years, been garaged since. Really did not start working on it till about 4 years ago because of working all the time, waited until I retired.Since then I have replaced with new parts: Radiator, Strut Mounts, Rear Shocks, Brake Pads, Lower Ball Joints, Fuel Injectors, Plugs, Wires, Distributor Cap and Rotor, Belt, Hoses, Tires(Firestone), Exhaust hangers. Have receipts for all. As you can see in photos the Left Rear was hit and taillight was broken so was replaced with the original type. Left side mirror was cracked and I replaced it with original. Both parts are good used.Have one new strut for front, was going to replace when found a match.Has leather bucket seat interior, no splits or holes. Floor console shifter. Very plush carpet, one stain behind left front seat. Power seats.Headliner was hanging so I replaced it, did a fine job except I cut it short in a couple spots, will need to be replaced again. All glass is good, no chips or cracks. Electric windows.Like I said is not running at this time. Ran real good when it did, started right away and only really smoked before I replaced injectors, but not since.Automatic transmission will need resealed as bleeding on the garage floor. Guessing seals dried out. Transmission shifts good.Do not know if AC works.Radio / Cassette player works. Will need paint work, surface rust spots from sitting under tree and bodywork at Left Rear. I can't do either. Also haven't found a Left Front turn lens.
I bought the car as I thought it was unique and had very low miles for the age. The old guy did not drive anymore and was just sitting in yard under trees, for a long time. I drove it around the block and could tell that a lot of the rubber parts underneath had deteriorated. Quite comfortable ride.Is definitely a one of a kind. Only 14,243 built. Will never be an everyday driver as some parts are obsolete and very hard to find, for instance, the wheels only came on this model, took 6 years to find a hubcap that was missing.
Could be a cool car with some TLC, I am just not up to it anymore.
I am not able to transport anywhere, will have to be picked up here.
