Attn: THIS BUS IS NOT RUNNING AND NEEDS EITHER A MOTOR REBUILD OR SWAP.
Silver Eagle Tour Bus once owned by Texas Honkytonk legend Dale Watson and later by Micky and the Motorcars. The entire interior was redone with tooled leather by Dale Watson. This bus has 9 private bunks with tooled leather curtains. Rear of bus is a lounge with a sofa/bed and table with one seat and a sink. Front has two sofas, a kitchenette, a dinette, built in cooler and a bathroom. Bus has a 15,000 watt Kubota Power Tech generator that has just been serviced and starts and runs excellent. Generator powers the bus’ 4 roof air conditioners which keep the bus nice and chilly. Transmission was functioning fine when motor went.
Just purchased this bus in July for $17,000 ( I can show the receipt) and by a stroke of bad luck, the motor blew. My loss is your gain, especiallly if you have someone to replace the motor. Motor in it now is a Detroit 8V92 Turbo. You won’t get a deal like this anywhere else for such a classic in this condition.
