We were in the process of restoring the bus for full-time living but ended up buying another with slide-outs because we needed the room for our 3 parrots. I'd say the bus is 90% restored for RV life. Like any Eagle it has some rust. Mostly under the storage bays. My mechanic says non of the rust affects the frame or integrity of the bus. This Eagle will make a great touring bus for a band or anyone who wants to live the RV lifestyle or you could buy it plug it in somewhere and rent it out nightly on Airbnb. You could easily get 99.00 a night on Airbnb.
