Vintage 1939 Dodge Truck or Later for restore or parts

Dodge Truck 1939 to 1947. Don't know exact year. they all look the same on the internet. No title. bill of sale only. Radiator. motor. transmission to rear end all look complete. One rear wheel is rusted through. One inside dual has some pitted rust. but shouldbe usable. Other four wheels look good. Mileage unknown. Check the photos for overall condition.
