1966 Coronet 500 originally appointed with a 426 Hemi, buckets and console making it one rare car and one that is definitely worth restoring. It has the original Hemi K frame with skid plate and hemi boxes for the rearend. The outside of the car is pretty solid for an original, unfortunately a family of raccoons made a condo of the interior and their deposits rotted out the floors beyond repair. Fortunately full floor pans are reproduced for these cars for a little better than $500. It also has some rust in the trunk pan as pictured. If you're not sure assume it's rusted, assume the worst, not the best. While the vast majority of the rust is in the floors it's not limited to the floors. Other areas not afflicted with Raccoon deposits are surprisingly solid, like the vinyl top and trunk lid channels. It's missing the fender tag but I do have the original broadcast sheet as pictured, you can get another tag made for it with that sheet if you so choose. This is both a significant car and a significant project, please know this car will require rust repair, drive line and overall restoring from bumper to bumper, but it's also worthy of proper restoration. I have added a $100 non refundable immediate deposit on the buy it now to ensure the buyer is as serious about buying as I am selling. This will almost cover the cost of relisting if someone chooses not to go forward with the sale. Thank you for looking and let me know if you have any questions.
