You are bidding on a very cool old Survivor car. It is almost 100 years old. The original owners converted the 1925 Dodge Brothers Touring car into a pick up flatbed truck During World War 2. The rear of the car was donated for the steel to help the war effort. The car does run drive and stop but not very well the carburetor has been cleaned but needs to be adjusted. The car will not re-start once it is warmed up. All of the original fuel system components are present but the vacuum pump is not working correctly. There is a new low pressure electric fuel pump and low pressure bypass but it is still getting too much fuel. The starter generator has been rebuilt. None of the lights are working and will probably need to be rewired and bulbs replaced. It does run on a 12 volt system. The hand crank and electric start both work. The car is solid with a couple of areas of rust at the lower front cowl area repairs had been made decades ago.The tires are ok but new tubes would be a good idea. I have driven the car in our neighborhood and it gets loots of attention.Perfect car for cruising or a parade car. It does still have the CA historic plates and is titled in CA. it is currently registered as Non-Op.
