Car description |

This 1994 Dodge Viper RT-10 represents a low mileage version of the no-holds-barred first generation. And to have such a raw V10 supercar finished in black just seems like the right idea. So it's great that it all comes with the right features and priced within your reach.
You gotta love the early Viper roadsters. It has a body built for sin with nothing else added into the mix. The giant motor was cloaked in a minimalist swoopy design that earned its snake bitten name. And the factory blackout look just adds to the sinister style. This car has averaged less than 1,300 miles annually, and so the body has kept a well-respected look. You may need show some love to the finish if you're trying to get to more shows than cars & coffee, but there's no denying how good these first-gen Vipers look now that they have matured into full classic status. Weight is the enemy in this sports car, so they allowed you to leave anything unnecessary at home for when you wanted maximum performance and a wind-in-your-hair experience. And having those side pipes just amplifies every high-octane drive. But any time you do want to button up, this comes with desirable features like the later edition style double-bubble hard top and full side curtains for better viewing out.
Inside, it's all about the right equipment for a pure speed machine. The leather bucket seats keep you planted behind the wheel, and there's no room for sliding around in an interior that completely envelopes the driver. Your arm fits so that your favorite resting spot is right on top of the gearstick, and the steering wheel tilts for the right position. A full gauge package is at eye level, including a large speedo and tach just in front, and all the auxiliary readouts taking a prominent position front and center on the dash. This one likes to keep its stock look, right down to the AM/FM/cassette stereo. That's preferable on a low-mileage car like this. After all, sometimes it's easier to clean and/or replace panels than it is to track down the correct factory components when restoring your classic back to stock.
While the exterior might be all about the black, the moment you tilt the hood forward, you know the engine bay is all about the red. After all, these Vipers were out for blood on the streets and track with their fuel-injected 8.0-liter. This all original powertrain delivers its 400 horsepower with the kind of force that will snap your head back like a snake on attack. You get complete control of this via six-speed manual transmission that then sends the power to a beefy 3.07 limited slip rear end. This is backed up by a fully independent suspension, large four-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, and super-sticky ZR-rated tires - and everyone loves those factory three-spoke alloys, too!
The sale come complete with a car covers. It's all about keeping this low-mileage Viper both a stock machine and a terrific value. Don't miss you chance at the original black snake. Call today!!!
