Owned since 2003. Over the past 50 years I've done all my own work including many ground up restorations, a couple of them shown below. No one else touches my cars. But I'm seventy now and don't have my shop anymore so I'm cutting back. At the time of purchase it had a little over 23,000 miles. It now has around 40,500. Over the last 17 years I've replaced a thermostat, power steering hose, fan switch and three batteries. That's it. About a year after I bought it I swapped out the stock hood for a GTS hood. The original seemed too plain. I also purchased the roof and side curtains since this is one of the few examples equipped with A/C. The rear tires are new at a cost of $1000, the front tires are very good. I have kept it up meticulously and have driven it consistently. There are two flaws in it now that I can't fix without a shop. A spot on the hood where the paint has slightly burned through (shown in photos) and the gas gauge. It shows full when full and falls to empty at half a tank. The salvage title is a result of an insurance lawsuit. Apparently a lawyer owned it and damaged the bumper and hood in a front end clip. At the time the hood cost $13,500 and the bumper $6500. The insurance wanted to fix it but the owner sued for full replacement value.
