Car description |
---|
This is a COMPLETE strong running car with clear title for under 20K! Originally a HP383, it now has very low millage, 440 crate motor, TTI exhaust system, new gas tank, fresh trans, suspension, and brakes. Also new carpet kit and head liner. Car was originally B5 blue with blue leather interior, cruise control, Air conditioning, AM 8-Track and white vinyl top. Very high option car, see brake down of fender tag for all options listed at the end of the ad. That is just some of the good on the car, now lets talk about the bad. Original California car but has some rust where all these cars rust. Leading edge of hood,(I would just replace), factory body seam B pillar, low on the rear quarter, (Easy patch panel fix) and small holes along the rear sail panels. I photoed all damaged areas. There is NO RUST on the frame rails, floor pan, inner fender panels, trunk, fire wall, or any place that would make this car expensive or difficult to restore. The car has some electrical issues but with wiring harnesses being so available these days I would just start new and avoid the headache. Amp meter, gas gauge, horn and some interior lighting work. Temp gauge, speedo, clock, head and tail lights do not. Transmission linkage seems out of adjustment and should be looked at.California registration is current through the end of December 2020This will be a beautiful car when restored and well worth the money you put in it. Recent health issues prevent me from doing that.
