A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.

Please arrange financing and approvals prior to bidding. I DO NOT provide financing of any kind.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of item unless noted otherwise per auction specific.

If you are not sure about something, please ask before placing a bid. I make an effort to describe the vehicle best as can, not only in words but also with full detailed high resolution photos with most auctions containing over100 PHOTOSdetailing every inch of the vehicle.

Please be mindful of the age and mileage of the vehicle being sold, there may be necessary repairs immediately upon receipt of vehicle.

I reserve the right to cancel bids if I do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established or a prior unpleasant experience. Reserve the right to end any listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

You are bidding on a USED vehicle; the definition of something being "previously used" applies here. I will do my personal best to show you every faultI find with the vehicle, but some things may very well go unseen such as the fine imperfections an item with age would be expected to have. I am pretty accurate with details most do not see, this is why I have a perfect feedback history as a seller, it's the only way you can trust a seller that you never met and maybe even thousands of miles away from.

I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (unless stated other-wise). You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions prior to bidding. I suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area) and also invite 3rd party inspections.

The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.
