1947 Dodge Custom Club Coupe 340ci V8 Automatic Chopped Street Rod Coupe

This 47 Dodge Club Coupe is an iconic part of Ohio's Cruising seen since the early 80's! The car was Purchased by the previous owner in 1977. It has won tons of awards and has been featured in hotrod magazines in the 90's. Top is Chopped 3", painted Gatsby Cream with Chocolate Brown scallops. filled hood, deck, all seams, frenched/tunneled license plate housing, antenna, headlights ('77 Charger) and taillights ('47 Packard). Custom grille, '49 Plymouth bumpers and megaphone exhaust tips. The 340ci Dodge V8 (casting 2780930-340-8) was rebuilt with a mild Mopar Performance cam, head and machine work performed by Crank & Sleve, Dodge hi-rise manifold, 600cfm Holley carb and Direct Connection electronic ignition. Automatic TorqueFlite built by Rossler transmissions and a '66 Dodge 3.23 rear. Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Column and 68' Plymouth Bucket seats. This is an old build but runs and drives nice.
