GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this immaculate Dodge D-100 pickup truck. This stunning vehicle comes in a gorgeous deep red paint job complimented by a clean black interior. Powering this historic truck is a rebuilt 318 cubic inch V8 motor mated to a Hurst 4 speed manual transmission. The 318 is believed to be the original numbers matching motor. Improvements to the 318 include headers and exhaust. Features include power front disc brakes, power windows, power steering, working... heat, A/C and much much more. Additionally, this gorgeous truck has a stunning cherry wood bed that has been finished brilliantly. If you're in the market for a classic truck you will be hard pressed to find a better example. Please call or email us today for more information. A redesign of the D series for 1972 introduced a more rounded look. This redesign, which lasted until 1980 with minor changes, included new features such as an independent front suspension and pocketed taillights (the distinctive reverse-on-top lights were recessed to .25 in (6.4 mm) to avoid damage in loading docks and confined spaces). Styling cues, such as the scalloped hood and rounded fender wells, were similar to the rounded, smooth look of the 1971 Plymouth Satellite. These trucks were built with a considerable amount of galvanized steel to resist rust and corrosion, making them very durable.
