Car description |
---|
This is my 1969 Dodge Coronet Deluxe station wagon for auction. I recently acquired this car from Oregon where its spent its entire life. I had plans to mildly restore this car, but something else has caught my eye. This car has sat untouched since 1978 and therefore will need some attention. It is a non running 318 2 bbl automatic trans. I haven't checked to see if it is locked up, I would assume so. It does have power steering and an AM radio. I see no other options noteworthy options on the car.
The body is actually in very good shape with the only real rust issues being the drivers front fender around the headlights and some rust on the bottom of the hood frame near the hinge. The passenger fender, all 4 doors, quarter panels and tailgate are all very nice. The car does need front and rear floor pans. They are the worst part of the car. The front and rear frame rails are perfect.
Interior has a nice dash with nice upper and lower pads, uncracked steering wheel and complete gauges. The seats and door panels could use some work and the headliner is bad.
This is a complete car only missing 2 pieces of trim and an ashtray. Everything else is here and very restorable. Wagons are climbing in popularity. Any questions can be directed to me. Dave (734)624-2212. $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction ending. Car must be picked up within a reasonable amount of time i.e: 2-3 weeks.
