The car was purchased brand new by its current owner who then regrettably sold it a few years later. The car was repurchased from its third owner in 1983 and has been with the original owner ever since. The exterior is stunning, with excellent paint and trim, well done stripes, matching blue steel wheels with hubcaps and original GTS badging. The interior is stunning as well, with matching dash and seats. Everything is very clean and it looks factory fresh. It's equipped with bucket seats and a full center console with an automatic shifter. The car also has a full size spare and jack in the trunk. The current owner claims that the 383cid V8 was rebuilt in 2005. The engine was treated to all new gaskets and seals, was bored .30 over, 509 hydraulic cams, fully balanced, new pistons, 10.5:1 compression. The car also features electronic ignition, manual steering, drum brakes, manual windows, and a fully rebuilt front end suspension.
