You need to finish it- Need guidance - fisrt time car builder?? No problem via phone and email - Clear the deal with mom and go for it. When we bought it - we installed all new suspension parts including new rear springs - steering box - etc - etc - lots of good stuff - Then the tired 318 started to smoke - so we threw it into the scrap pile - never planned on keeping that engine anyways. The passenger side had a big dent in it - so we have started to mount onto the car a new total quarter panel. The concept objective was to incorporate a new Challenger grille and headlights into the front end and of the 30 options for tail lights - we had chosen a set of vintage Mopar tail lights - do see them in the pictures. The new grill was narrowed down to fit the Dart dimensions. It looks great in place. In this Ebay project car sale - You get the 74 Dart with the new bucket seats - new grill and headlights - vintage tail lights - new fuel tank - Both front and rear bumpers and a clear Nevada title. The car is high now because there is no weight and we have the back end blocked for working on it. Shipping nor the research of shipping is included in this Ebay sale - however - we will load it up onto whatever rig you send to get it. More info added - Yes - The car has factory AC - The center hump in the floor board over the trans was removed to install a larger engine - we have that piece to re-install. There is one small rust spot under the rear fender - drivers side behind the rear tire - Otherwise the whole car is super clean - it is a Nevada car. The glass is all excellent and is tinted. The bucket seats shown were mounted and do bolt right back into place. On Dec-30-14 at 18:04:30 PST. seller added the following information: Per request - we just added (12/30 PM) a bunch more pictures - Got any more questions - shoot - On Feb-08-15 at 13:44:38 PST. seller added the following information: NOTE ADDED - 02/08/15 PM We are getting calls via the feature presentation on this car on Hemmings - (When you get on Hemmings - click on Dodge - then click on Dart - This is featured as a Dodge concept car - Thank you for your interest - Here are some answers that address your common questions - When we started this project - the engine under the hood was a 318 boat anchor - no one wants that motor even for their boat. So - we hunted around and finally found a 400 - Took it to the machine shop to lock in a 440 crank and make it a stroker. Motor came out perfect. but some dude with bucks offered us a ransom for the engine - so it got gone. Meanwhile the car still tagged and waiting to roll - sat and waited in the back of the shop. We are moving our shop to Charleston SC - It is cost affective for us to sell this ride before leaving. Yes. if you buy it and want to ship it to us in SC - we can make a deal to finish it for you. Vintage correct appearing concept cars are a hot item if done correctly. Our initiation into this field started with Bentley and Rolls Royce. When done correctly - they are a hit and do pay off. Per your questions on the intended design plan for this one - We envisioned two tone gloss and satin black - bumpers blacked out - then an orange tail stripe. orange highlighted period correct wheels and finally orange and black for the interior. Orange stripe also within the inside of the new grille. Suspension is easy to drop on this ride - so yes - ideally - it would be a prefect stance slammed to the pavement. The engine needs to be a vintage 340. a 383 or a 440. Maybe your into late model - then stick a Hemi in it - it will fit perfect. We removed the old factory welded in motor mounts - so you can fab up virtually any mount you desire. The body is from Nevada forever. It has a little rust under the drivers side rear fender - everything else is solid and clean - the opposite of Yankee land cars. The bumpers not shown are clean and solid- They are stock now and were to be modified - then black powder coated per the design theme. This ride needs very little work to get it rolling. Whoever buys this can be riding within a few weeks easy. Good luck bidding - Steve
