i remember the day my grandfather stopped to show us his new truck, i just turned 11 ill be 41 in April. it was a good truck for him, he used it to go to his cabin and place on Chesapeake bay. the painted faded on roof and hood and my dad had those pieces painted when it was probably 10 years old. transmission and engine are original, you do need to check the oil, it leaks some and i'm sure burns some too. its not a smoker the oil consumption is just normal to be expected. i really can't say a lot other then what was said about the brakes, we have used it for my tree company the last 11 years to fuel trucks and equipment with the 100 gallon tank that was in back but has been removed. we pumped over 42,000 gallons out of that tank as trucks where fueled twice a week. it always been a joke that it was going to get a frame of restoration, but my dad seems content to let it good to another good home. Id be happy to answer any questions, those pictures where taken i couple months ago so i'm happy to send you others...only difference is tank is removed and it sitting in another spot...we toyed with the idea of selling it in 2016 and removed the tank then but decided after dragging feet to put tank back in and got it inspected again. if someone did went to restore one of these or just use on a farm or hunting cabin the truck would be a good choice....good luck feel free to ask questions. thanks Jim
