Car description |
---|
1966 Dodge Charger came from the factory:
Body Type: X = Dodge ChargerPrice Class: P = PremiumBody Type: 29 = 2 Door Sports HardtopEngine: E = 318 230HP 1-2BBL 8 CYLYear: 6 = 1966Sequence Number: 171796 = 71796th Vehicle Built
The factory 318 has been replaced with a rebuilt 383 Magnum out of a 1969 Charger, bored 20 over, comp cam, with an Edelbrock carb, and electronic ignition. The 727 transmission has been rebuilt as well. Both have a little over 500 miles put on them since the rebuild.
The car was gone through roughly five years ago by the previous owner. Paint, rust repair, interior, mechanicals. I put new Hurst brand rims and tires on late last year.
Only two things do not work, one are the electrical hide away headlight motors - they've been removed, and ready to ship the headlight motor man.
Second is the motors to open the side pipes.Video of the car running with side pipes open-

I have documentation of work that was done by the previous owner. It has a clear title.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Serious bidders only.On Feb-02-18 at 19:02:55 PST, seller added the following information:

ATTENTION BIDDERS: Just to be clear - the car has been gone through and repainted and parts replaced roughly five or so years ago.
However... it was NOT a frame off, ground up restoration. The car does have filler, fiberglass patching, normal blemishes, scratches, dings, and orange peel. The bumpers could use a re chroming, and the trim, door handles, etc are not new.
If you have any questions at all PLEASE reach out and ask. Thank you.
