This is a 3/4 ton 1974 Dodge "Sportsman" Long Window Van (Titled as a Station Wagon from the Factory) I've had it since the 1990's & it's time to let it go.It ran GREAT, shifted GREAT& has had brakes & exhaust (duals with glass packs) within the last 1,000 miles (about 6 years ago) but from sitting needssome TLC. It is having fuel problems.(either carb or fuel pump). It will fire right up with a shot of starting fluid or gas poured in the carb (but it won't stay running)It has new plugs, belts, hoses & oil change. I was getting it ready to putit backon the road but ran into health problems & quit playing with it. The floors & foot wells (step wells) are good & solid. It has Good rubber on the front & so-so on the rear. In the pictures, the cluster is out of the dash (I was putting new lights in). The horn pad got broken off by my cat BUT I do have it.Dash pad is NICE. I have pictured what rust is on the van & in the rear floor (Minimal). Frame rails are all good as is 99.5% of the floor. I DO HAVE both of the rear seats. Not in the van right now but stored inside. Right now it is full of my race car stuff & tools. It would need trailereddue to the fuel delivery problem. I was going to do this van to match & pull the 1949 Plymouth Gasser I was building but got an offer on the Plymouth I couldn't refuse & the van got used to chase parts from time to time. This would make an AWESOME Tow Vehicle for a Nostalgia Drag Car & could (with the seats back in it) even haul the crew besides. It is a 318/Automatic with power steering & brakes. AM radio does NOT work. Lights, wipers, heater etc do work. Is equipped with the rear heater but one of the metal lines needs replaced. Started leaking not long after I put new hoses on it so I unhooked it. Fan & core are still fine. Needs new outside mirrors. Has clear Ohio paperwork reflecting ACTUAL mileage. Any questions, Please ask BEFORE bidding. THANKYOU FOR LOOKING.......REQUIRED $500.00 DEPOSIT at end of auction through paypal. Balance MUST be paid in full within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.>>>>ADDITIONAL information<<<<<The white on the top had been repainted before I purchased the van. The sides (blue & white are original paint.) The lower portion (red corrless paint) was done in 2001. I had just finished sandblasting from the lower moulding down when they came to the shop & told me my wife had passed away. The next day we quickly painted that part with corrless primer & it has been that way ever since. The air horns on the top were there when I bought it & are NOT hooked up or functional. Bottoms of all doors are SOLID. I purchased it from the Original owner who kept it stored in a barn and had removed the seats to haul his sheep to shows. Thesurface rust on the driver side is from bird droppings in the barn.++++ A little MORE Info.- Over the years I've had this, if it sat for very long I always put a little Lucas additive AND Stabil in the gas tank.>>>>LAST ADDITION...IF ARRANGEMENTS MADE & VAN PAID IN FULL IT CAN SIT HERE SAFE & SOUND UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.<<<<
